INQA supports and assists companies on complex issues related to several subjects of work. As an initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs it serves as a driving force, coach, and mediator.
As a true catalyst for change, a comprehensive and flexible identity system was needed to reflect the core essence of the ever-evolving and transforming initiative. Boldness, confidence, and simplicity formed the foundation to mirror the aim of driving change and optimizing the world of work.
What we did
The new identity focused on simplifying the complex and long name “Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit“ to INQA. Using cropped sections of the new letter-mark as a supporting element throughout the visual identity.
